By purchasing or participating in any of our services, templates, or programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.1. PurposeALCIVE Studio | The Freelance Besties offers business operations consulting, Notion setup services, templates, and educational content to help freelancers, founders, and small teams create clarity and structure in their businesses.These Terms form a binding agreement between the Provider (ALCIVE Studio | The Freelance Besties) and you (the “Client” or “Customer”).2. Services & ProductsWe provide:
- 1:1 services such as business support, Notion workspace setup, and consultancy
- Digital products, templates, and downloadable resources
- Educational content via newsletters, events, or online sessionsThe Provider reserves the right to improve or modify offerings at any time.3. Fees & PaymentPrices are displayed on the website or communicated by email.
Payments are due in full at purchase unless a payment plan is agreed.
All prices include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or under Section 4.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.4. Refunds & CancellationsServices: Once work begins, payments are non-refundable. If the Client cancels before work starts, partial refunds may be issued at the Provider’s discretion (minus administrative fees).
Digital products: Due to their downloadable nature, all template and resource sales are final.
Workshops or sessions: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.5. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over any business or personal information shared during the collaboration.
Client data and project details will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.6. Intellectual PropertyAll materials, templates, and resources created by ALCIVE Studio | The Freelance Besties remain the intellectual property of the Provider.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.7. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the project
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Use materials and systems responsibly and ethically
- Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend delivery timelines.8. Limitation of LiabilityThe Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, client acquisition).
Services and templates are provided “as is.”
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to a claim.
The Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
